The founder of Makhudu Hospitality Consultants (MHC) and Makhudu Property Valuations (MPV) has many years of property industry experience in valuation, development, management, finance and strategic consulting. He has held executive employment positions at leading property, banking and telecommunications multinational institutions. He has also conducted numerous residential and commercial property valuations.
Tshepo studied commerce, property development and management at leading universities in South Africa. He also received leadership training in the USA. He was a founding Board Member (Deputy President) of the South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP) in 1996. In 2015 he received the iSiThwalandwe Award for his contribution towards the transformation of the commercial property industry in South Africa. He is registered with the South African Council for Property Valuer’s Profession (SACPVP) as a Professional Associate Valuer and the South African Institute of Valuers (SAIV).
MHC has provided advice in the form of valuations and feasibility studies in major African markets including Accra, Ghana; Lagos, Nigeria; Johannesburg and Western Cape, South Africa and Asmara, Eritrea as well as Quelimane, Matola and Inhambane in Mozambique.
MPV performs freehold, sectional title and leasehold valuation work on all property types. Through the employment of generally accepted methodologies and techniques we assist our clients to arrive at an opinion of market value for their property.
Our clients include private individuals, families, groups, public entities (state organs, municipalities, departments, agencies) and all legal entities. We perform valuation work for such purposes as transactions, mortgage security, insurance, state operations (expropriation, valuation roll), investment, financial reporting, deceased estates, litigation settlements, highest and best use and all other purposes.
